I tried the falafel sandwich with fried vegetables, and it was absolutely delicious. The falafel was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. I was also impressed by the professionalism of the management. An extra sandwich was prepared by mistake, and after I explained what happened, they handled it professionally, canceled the extra sandwich, and refunded the amount immediately without any hassle. Great food, outstanding customer service, and a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.

Drove all the way from Dearborn, it isn't just about the food—it’s about the nostalgia. This place perfectly captures the authentic taste of childhood, bringing back memories of grabbing a hot wrap on the way to school. My Highlights: The Falafel: The texture is spot on. It’s served piping hot, which is the "secret sauce" for maintaining that perfect crunch while keeping the inside fresh and flavorful. The Amba: This is 100% authentic. One taste of their Amba and you are instantly transported back home. It has that distinct, sharp kick that you rarely find done right elsewhere. 🤤 And guys, the Samoon (صمون): I was seriously impressed. The bread is generous in size, perfectly shaped, and expertly baked. Best of all? It’s topped with sesame seeds, adding that extra layer of traditional flavor. 😋 🤝Fair prices! A Note for the Management: Your food is incredible, but you are hard to find online! Please consider optimizing your Google Business profile so that when people search in Arabic for فلافل وعمبة, your restaurant actually shows up. Our community has many mono-lingual speakers who are missing out on this gem because it isn't appearing in Arabic search results!

The Falafel mixed sandwich was really good. The taste was really good the amba was soo good too. I didn’t like that you need to get your order but maybe that is the restaurant culture and you have to place the order before you site like any fast food restaurant.

I previously left this restaurant a glowing 5-star review because I genuinely enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I felt I had to update my review. My family and I were extremely disappointed with the service. As soon as the restaurant became busy, the staff seemed overwhelmed and completely lost their professionalism. I was left standing at the counter for over 20 minutes without anyone helping me. When someone finally acknowledged me, I was simply told they had run out of shawarma, and the employee walked away without offering an apology, an alternative, or any attempt to assist with the rest of my order. Our bill was nearly $120, so this wasn’t a small order. However, this isn’t about the amount of money we spent—it’s about basic customer service and respect. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged and treated professionally, regardless of how busy a restaurant is. The food may still be good, but the poor service completely overshadowed the experience. Sadly, this will be our last visit to Falafel & Amba. I hope management addresses these issues because the restaurant has the potential to be much better than what we experienced.
